How do I know items are handmade?

Verified sellers pass review with workshop photos and process documentation. Look for the handmade badge and artisan storefront story.

What if a listing seems misleading?

Report the product from its page. Our team reviews claims against workshop evidence and may suspend non-compliant listings.

Payments & account

Which currency will I be charged?

Prices display in MAD. Your card issuer may convert at checkout depending on their policies.

Can I message a seller before buying?

Registered customers can start a conversation from the product page when messaging is enabled for that listing.

How do reviews work?

Only verified buyers who received a delivered order can leave product reviews, keeping feedback trustworthy.
